Customers should confirm connector type, charging standard, capacity, dimensions, device support, and included accessories before ordering.

Prices, stock, specifications, and estimated delivery dates may change. The order confirmation is the reference for the accepted item and amount.

A payment is considered complete only after the gateway or COD order status confirms it. Sunslik will never ask for a UPI PIN, card PIN, or account password.

Customers should use electrical accessories according to the product instructions and compatible device requirements; damage caused by misuse may not qualify for return or warranty support.

Warranty, return, cancellation, delivery, and refund requests are handled under the separate policies linked in the footer and may require order details, photos, or product inspection.
